We want you to love your Luum lamp. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns


You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
How to start a return

Email us at info@luum-light.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.


Return shipping


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue store credit for the full value of your order. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.


Damaged or defective items


If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@luum-light.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost — no return required.


Non-returnable items


Items returned after 30 days, or that are opened, used, or damaged by the customer, will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
